RALPH A. LITOLFF, JR. is a Director of Business Consulting Services. With over eleven years experience in public accounting, including consulting engagements for a wide variety of closely-held and publicly-traded companies, government and nonprofit entities, he provides advisory services to business and attorneys in the areas of business valuation, financial analyses, forecasts and projections, profitability improvement studies, business planning, internal control reviews, commercial litigation and bankruptcy and restructuring. He joined the Firm in 2001 and was admitted to the membership in 2006.
Ralph holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, magna cum laude, in Accounting from Loyola University of New Orleans.
He is a Certified Public Accountant, accredited in Business Valuation, a Certified Valuation Analyst, Certified Government Finance Manager and Certified Financial Services Auditor. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Louisiana CPA's where he serves as an Ambassador and Chairman of its Business Consulting, and Career Awareness committees and a member of the Litigation Services Committee and its Business Valuation Sub-Committee.
He is a volunteer for several organizations, including the Louisiana Restaurant Association, the Greater New Orleans Hotel and Lodging Association and Mount Carmel Academy. Ralph is a Board member of Loyola's Alumni Association, a member of its Business Alumni Association and Executive Mentoring Program (and was named Loyola's 2004 Young Alumnus of the Year), the UNO MBA Association, Arts Council of New Orleans, the Young Leadership Council and the Coastal Conservation Association. |
