 RALPH
COX is the Firm’s Managing Member. For over
35 years, he has presented business solutions to his clients by
providing consulting, audit and tax services in a broad range of
industries. He also has testified as an expert witness in several
Federal and Louisiana courts.
A University of New Orleans accounting graduate, Ralph
has held leadership positions in several professional accounting
associations. He is a past President of the Society of Louisiana
CPAs as well as its New Orleans Chapter. He also served as a
Member of Council of the American Institute of CPAs and is a
past Chairman of the Louisiana Accounting and Auditing
Conference. He was the 2001 recipient of the Society of
Louisiana CPAs’ Distinguished Service Award.
Ralph is a member of the Board of Directors of First
Bank and Trust and serves on the boards and committees of
several charities and civic organizations, including Salmen Family
Foundation, Legatus, GPOA Foundation, Fore! Kids Foundation
and The New Orleans Board of Trade. He is chairman of the
Finance Council at St. Pius X Catholic Church and is a member
of the UNO Accounting Advisory Council.
