Alexis A. Duval is a Principal of the firm. Previously a partner in her own firm, she joined the firm in 2013.
Specializing in taxation planning and preparation, client accounting and advisory services, Alexis has served a varied client base.
A Houma native, Alexis received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Nicholls State University. She is a member of the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants and its South Central Chapter and serves on its Women's Initiative Task Force and Small Business Committee. She is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
Active in the community, in addition to her service as Board Chairperson of the Bayou Community Foundation, she is a member and past Board member of the Houma Rotary Club, a participant and supporter of Women of the Storm, Board member of the Nicholls State University Foundation, member of Restore or Retreat and a founding member , former T reasurer and Board Member of the Morganza Action Coalition. A graduate of Leadership Terrebonne, Alexis chaired the Board of Directors of the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce in 2005 and has served on several committees since 1996.
Alexis is a recipient of Nicholls State University's College of Business Outstanding Alumni Award, The Courier Award for Terrebonne's Most Useful Citizen, South Louisiana's Wetlands and Children's Discovery Center Award and MacDonnell United Methodist Children's Services' Volunteer Activist Award.
