Li Downing, CPA, CITP, CIA is a Manager in Class Action Consulting Services. Her areas of specialization include claim administration and disbursements, services related to class action and mass tort litigations, systems design and database management, information systems consulting, mapping and geocoding, financial analyses, accounting and tax services.

She also has financial and operational internal audit, internal control review, financial audit and review and controllership experience in both public accounting and private industry.

Li received a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of New Orleans. She graduated Magna cum Laude from the Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.

She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Information Technology Professional and Certified Internal Auditor. She also holds the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credential.

Li is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Society of Louisiana CPAs and Institute of Internal Auditors. She volunteers as the Webmaster for the Institute of Internal Auditors New Orleans Chapter and Treasurer of her homeowners association. She is also past Treasurer of the YWCA of New Orleans.
