Li Downing is a Manager in Class Action Consulting Services. She provides information systems consulting, systems design and database management, claim administration and disbursements, forensic accounting, services related to class action and mass tort litigations, mapping and geocoding, financial analyses, accounting and tax services.

Her experience in public accounting and private industry includes financial and operational internal audits, internal control reviews, financial audits and reviews and controllership.

Li received a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of New Orleans earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Oklahoma City University (magna cum laude). She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.

She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Society of Louisiana CPAs and Institute of Internal Auditors. Li volunteers as the Webmaster for the Institute of Internal Auditors New Orleans Chapter and as treasurer of her homeowners association. She is also past treasurer of the YWCA of New Orleans.
