GWEN HANKENHOF is a Class Action Specialist. She acts as the firm's liaison to the staffs of various state and federal courts, banks holding the settlement corpus and the Special Master's offices. As well, she provides the communication link with defense and plaintiff attorneys and their legal staffs.

With a paralegal supervisor background, Gwen has extensive administrative experience in the facilitation of efficient logistical design and execution aspects of class action settlements. She provides interview training and supervises all aspects of creating the on-site physical claims disbursement offices.

Gwen is a volunteer with WYES and its Auction and Membership Drives.
