 DANNY
CLAVIER is the Director of Class Action
Services. His almost 20 years of class action experience coupled
with 30 plus years of public accounting and computer experience
make him uniquely qualified to assist courts and attorneys in
simplifying the complex database and tax issues of class action
resolutions. Since 1985, the Firm has been appointed by various
federal and state courts throughout the state of Louisiana to
account for and disburse settlement proceeds totaling over
$1.3 billion.
A native New Orleanian, Danny graduated from the
University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science degree in
Accounting with additional training in computer systems. Prior
to joining the Firm’s auditing staff in 1973, he had extensive
private industry data processing experience.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, the Society of Louisiana CPAs and the
Information Technology Alliance (ITA).
